SHIELD4CROWD formed the Public Buyers Group to create the opportunity for related stakeholders to participate in the elaboration of a pre-commercial procurement (PCP). Thanks to this, buyers shape the process aimed at increasing crowd management security in EU public spaces.

The Open Market Consultations (OMC) aim to communicate procurers’ needs to the market. A series of webinars, e-pitching sessions, and a main event serve as a tool to achieve this goal and address security challenges.
The SHIELD4CROWD team has prepared a document that includes all the information about the planned OMC. To learn more, open it using this link.
In the e-Pitching sessions, market suppliers will have the opportunity to present how their existing solutions could address selected procurement challenges. These events will also help the consortium validate the technical and financial provisions of a future pre-commercial procurement (PCP).

During the matchmaking session, technology providers attending the OMC event on-site in Warsaw will have the opportunity to present their company and its capabilities to meet the specific needs of public buyers. Following this introduction, time slots will be allocated for them to connect with other technology providers, expand their network and explore the possibility of forming a consortium.
