There is a new publication that can be of interest to everyone involved in public space security. The SHIELD4CROWD team has developed a catalogue of solutions for the protection of public spaces and crowd management.

The document was prepared following a Europe-wide call for interest, aiming to identify both mature and emerging solutions offered by technology providers for the protection of public spaces and crowd management. The goal was to explore and map the market to evaluate and identify relevant technologies to meet the challenges of public space protection and address security threats.

The document presents 94 solutions provided by 98 companies from across Europe, encompassing both established and emerging technologies designed to address the 10 common security threats identified by the SHIELD4CROWD team. These solutions are described across different Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), ranging from TRL 2 to TRL 9.
