As the SHIELD4CROWD project advances towards pinpointing a unified challenge for a future Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP), we’re in the process of establishing a Public Buyers Group (PBG).

This group will play a crucial role in procuring R&D services and contributing to the development of an EU-funded PCP project under the call “HORIZON-CL3-2024-SSRI-01-01: Demand-led innovation through public procurement”. Those who join to procure R&D collectively will be instrumental in shaping our procurement strategy and, ultimately, the practical application of the solutions devised.

We’re hosting a series of webinars in various national languages to offer insights into the Public Buyers Group:

• Spanish: May 6, 12:30 CET
• Italian: May 7, 10:00 CET
• Polish: May 8, 10:00 CET
• Slovak: May 9, 10:00 CET

The webinars will cover the SHIELD4CROWD project’s objectives, the procedures of pre-commercial public procurement, the state of the art, the 3 security use cases defined by the project, and notably, the advantages and responsibilities of participating in the PBG.
